Capitalink Property Management Limited has been serving the community since its inception in 1998. In the founding years, Capitalink Property Management Ltd. operated as SLS Property Management with a focus directed at primarily managing multi-level medium to high-rise condominium buildings. As lifestyle changes demanded more contained residential spaces, condominiums have become the residence of choice. In order to keep pace with the changing trend, SLS Property Management transformed its business activities to incorporate commercial properties and common element condominiums in addition to multi-level medium to high-rise condominium buildings and changed its name to Capitalink Property Management Ltd.

Over the years, we have gained expertise in managing a variety of properties, from small townhouse complexes to high-rise buildings. It has grown into a company that is recognized for providing exceptional customer satisfaction through comprehensive approach personalized management services.

The company has developed a culture of value engineering to its clients to ensure optimal customer satisfaction, whereby tailor made solutions are proposed to communities in meeting the demands of varying needs as well as overcoming difficulties.
